The Great Experiment

Greetings everyone, Vincent Reinhart here for Dennis Amador Cherry.

Dennis loves to experiment in the kitchen.  Usually it’s a new recipe he finds on Facebook, but last week it was just from a picture.  Dennis’ love of food extends to food trucks.  They’re not the roach coaches we grew up with, they have become rather gourmet, his favorite being Baby’s Badass Burgers  https://www.babysbadassburgers.com/   

He is also fond of one he found last year at Comic Con Revolution, https://www.foodtruckconnector.com/states/ca/orange-county/food-trucks/flames-all-stars/  They have a habanero cheese pizza.

But recently, Dennis found another one on the net, https://thegrilledcheesetruck.com/  If you go to their site, you will see the third picture is a Cheesy mac Melt.  Well, Dennis had to try to replicate it.  And so, the experiment began, using Kraft Deluxe Mac and Cheese.

I feared the noodles would not be well glued to the bread and many would be lost in the flipping process, but this was not the case.  Dennis managed to flip them with minor loss of noodleage.

The end result was successful, and as a side dish, there was plenty of mac and cheese left over.  Next time, Dennis is going to add bacon.
